Internet connections are gradually being restored, sadly we still do not have a precise ETA. You can try to unplug your router from power, wait 10 seconds, & plug it back in periodically to see if service is restored. We will provide more information as it becomes available. ^JC

We are incredibly sorry this is taking so long to resolve, we fully appreciate how unacceptable this is especially when so many are working from home. We are doing a full system reboot in an attempt to restore service. We will post another update once that is complete. ^JC

Our network administrators have confirmed that the network is stable now, connections should be resuming shortly. Please power cycle your router by disconnecting power for 10 seconds and plugging it back in. 1/2
