Internet connections are gradually being restored, sadly we still do not have a precise ETA. You can try to unplug your router from power, wait 10 seconds, & plug it back in periodically to see if service is restored. We will provide more information as it becomes available. ^JC

Internet has been down since 9am. Got connected around 10am in which I joyfully told my coworkers I was back online, only to lose it after 5 min and waiting now!!!
