I have joined friends at CyberLine to file a case against the government of #Uganda challenging tax on #OTTs eg #socialmedia platforms. In my Affidavit, I contend that the tax offends the principles of #NetNeutrality
& Open #internet. We must protect Ugandan e-commerce businesses
