    The Registration of Titles Act (Cap. 230) was enacted in 1924. It is a colonial law. The Ag. Commissioner for Land Registration should consider the rationale of some of these provisions before applying them. I am sure will come up with a comprehensive statement

    Ugandan lawyers should fight this nonsense, the land office should be streamlining for the better of land transactions and conveyances and not stifling the process! ⁦⁩ ⁦⁩ ⁦⁩!

    These new guidelines of deposit of documents for registration!! Not sure Advocates have time to waste lining up at creaky lands offices with their Practicing Certificates to register land. Let the Ag. Commissioner hand the responsibility to Conveyancers if he/she do wishes

    It will make a good prayer, since pre-emptive regulation has failed in this part of the world . I think EAC & EALA ,must take keen interest in the internet economy as we are in the East African Common market.

    We shall ask the Court to give proper regulatory benchmarks since the regulator has been indolent.

    , I think its high time, UCC comes up with /regulations, since we are already in a bundling system , such as the social(media)bundles I.e WTF bundles , thus data content censorship stifles innovation.

    It appears that to get a company Tax Identification Number (TIN), URA requires bank account details yet no bank can open a company account without a TIN. What is the solution here ? My online TIN application can't be validated!
