Crowder violating the rules three times in a row is indeed bannable by youtube's basic ruleset.

The problem, I think, is that YouTube's rules are extremely ambiguous. And often we've seen clampdowns on policy violations affect people left and right. I couldn't care less if Crowder was banned for this, but I'd worry about the precedent it sets.

I think it's more a culmination of this type of behaviour and the slurs used towards another YouTuber- not just this thing in particular. Platforming LGBT harrassers and racists while simultaneously trying to say YouTube is a space for inclusivity kinda invalidates the...
