We hear you. Have you tried uninstalling & reinstalling the app after restarting the device to see if that helps? Also, does this happen across devices? Share screenshots and additional info for us to look into it.

I went to take a screenshot on my iPhone and Subs Tab said "error loading". Then it loaded and all back to normal. Thank you!
