While it claimed then I gues it goes to them but when there is dispute going than that money goes to nobody. That's how I understand it.

If there is a dispute going on between the claimant and the uploader, all earning made while this dispute is going on, gets held until the dispute is over

Incorrect... During dispute the claimant gets to decide how much money you receive from each video and you don't get to know how much that is. Usually it's nothing. Been watching a lot of YouTubers get claimed and the aftermath. There is no money coming to mumbo ever.

Actually no, the moment it's claimed all the money goes to the claimant and none of it is returned even if you win the dispute.

I would also like to point out, this video by cdawgva was posted 1 year 7 months AFTER the "YouTube press release" people keep quoting, so no it's not just an issue of timing. It's actually a GOOGLE ADSENSE post, not a YouTube post.
