Today I received an email that my new channel has been suspended based on YouTube Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. I appealed the suspension immediately and got refused. I got no explanation for the suspension. The only thing I can think of is that I posted on other

Please explain why you can't do anything about it. You're putting people's livelihoods on the line by suspending their Google accounts in the process, and they're losing their jobs. It's your site, if there's a problem, fix it! There are better ways of dealing with spam than this

I just read your policy link and it stars that first time gets a warning and 3 strikes afterward. Several people are saying, with evidence, that their accounts are being suspended with only a 1 time "offense" which was part of a livestream event. Please explain this contradiction

I have also sent an alternative to your policy through your link. In short I said; if the spam is harmless in nature then the creator or moderators should address the issue or contact you if it's excessive and the account should be reviewed for a time out. Never a suspension.

However; if a spammed comment is harmful in nature then the person who commented should have three strikes with sufficient explanation of the situation and time to correct the mistake, before the account is suspended.
