Update: The arresting cops lied in their reports, neglected to mention their threats to kill the Black family, and turned off their dash and body cameras. This is not unconscious bias. There is no doubt that law enforcement sees themselves as animal herders for people of color, no matter the age, gender, mental or physical condition or perceived offense. This was for a fukkin doll! A DOLL

Make all civil payouts from police misconduct come directly out of police pension funds. Public and prosecutors always find a way to turn a blind eye to police misconduct. Why not force police to police police?
