I imagine they have to overtaken Seoul and Valiant to win the Pacific. Gets you into the semis no matter where you are on the overall standings.

The actual number was cut off - it's 0.004%, or 1 out of the 25,000 simulations I ran. The other 0.02% comes from 3 teams above collapsing.
