After xQc learned about Condensation, I stopped being surprised by his antics
I'm convinced @xQc isn't oblivious to how time works. Think he was trying to ask why 12am is called 'midnight' when it's the beginning of the day--i.e. "23:59 is conceptually different enough from 00:01 to have another name."
