Houston have a free win any time Junkertown is in the pool, likewise with Boston on Anubis/Volskaya. NYXL are unbeaten on King's Row and Hanamura. London are incredible at Numbani and Gibraltar. It's time to start thinking about Overwatch more in terms of maps, à la CS.

#OWL2018 will achieve its goal of exposing all maps to the audience and displaying Blizzard's hard work. The off-season will be a great time to experiment further with map drafts and the size of the active map pool.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

Blizzard definitely needs to have 5 maps of each type ready by season 2. Will help with map fatigue for the viewers. What ideas are you thinking about?
-
that would be 20 maps to practice for the teams, that's insane, CS has 7 active at all times and even then since teams have perma bans they basically only learn 6, match quality would go down hard with that many maps

You know its broken when you look at the match up for your favourite team and physically groan at the map picks. Even in regular play we all have maps we excel at and I hope to see the league is aware of the data stage can offer to remedy it.

Imagine what Houston would look like if every Junkertown game this season was e.g. Dorado

I think we should get random map generator based on the map type. So payload for example, dice rolls and picks one at random no warning. As for heroes, picks and bans would certainly shake up the what can we play game, bring some spice to the match ups beyond dive meta
