Does the impact damage reduction on DVa's Boosters also reduce the push? Do you boop enemies less because of the reduction in damage?

That shouldn’t be the case since knockback is based off of momentum and knockback of the ability, not damage

I think not because if you compare it to other Boops that wouldn't really make sense, since Phara's Boop does no damage but the Lucio one does 25 (Less than old http://D.Va ). The Boop strength isn't bound to damage

I don’t think so, junkrat mines still have the same knockback regardless of damage dealt. It would be weird to nerf dva’s and not junk’s

Aren't some of the knock back tied to damage? For example you can't rocket jump as Pharah, Zarya or Soldier in spawn where you don't take any damage.

No it does not. I haven't noticed any changes when playing to her boop distance in comp. I also played retribution with http://d.va and were booping people all over the place so I don't think so.
