Fuel prior to Mickie/Seagull swap, or FLA/SFS playing at their worst: they look as poor as SHD did then. If a high point for SHD in stage 3 overlaps w/ a slump for another bottom team, they can now win matches. This was only possible before if the other team was throwing.
Yeah that implies to the "now" low tier teams having a slump (thus being sub low tier) and the SHD getting to a high point (thus being better than what they showed). That's not being in the same tier...
