That's weird. My TweetDeck shows Quoted Retweets. It's in the "Notifications" column though, not "Mentions."
Is there a way to get quoted retweets in my twitter mentions? Even tweetdeck doesn't seem to support this. Considering many people use the "quote tweet" button to reply with context it seems like a fundamental flaw.

Maybe start using a hashtag and have it notify you when the tag appears? idk if that's a thing
