koth could also be tiebreaker only. It inherently isn't fun to watch to me. Emotionally, serieses start at a coinflipped 1-0 for me.

Wouldn't make stalling worse, that's a separate issue w/ OT. My idea is 2sec per 1% cap, increasing overall time to fight & reset ults etc.
