      Why would a huge OWL org pick up a team proven to be lower than worldclass, when they could *possibly* build a winner themselves with $$$?

      There aren't very many of them. There's two in the West - Rogue and EnVyUs (maybe IMT but OWL already) - and the rest are top4 Korean.
