Would a welcome D.Va change be adding uptime to DM in exchange for increasing the cooldown between uses? Would give more windows of (1/2)
I'm in favour of minor tweaks, beginning with making it a more focused beam that requires a bit more aiming. Then move to more cooldown.

How about current size while boosting, smaller while walking, even smaller standing still? I want to continue to see big swooping-in saves.
