Imo the best system would be to award the full win to the golden cap victor. It would apply in a tournament setting.

Draws get messy and penalise close teams even if the game is fast paced. Means you never practise GCs except in playoffs too @thesupremecmdr

@SideshowGaming not sure how it penalizes close teams especially in fast games. Both should get points if evenly matched enough to tie. -
@SideshowGaming and I'm not sure why you need to practice overtime scenarios. It's not like CS where overtime rules differ significantly.
