Totally true, but there are also those in positions to affect change who refuse to make changes. That's the thing that bothers me. @VanCamp

I don't care that these people can't put in more effort or time. But to directly seek stagnation and prolong the downward spiral is madness.

No goals to assess, no expectations or future plans. Everything is done simply to maintain the status quo. It hasn't been working. Change.

@SideshowGaming it's hard to effect change when so many of those you serve are against it. Primary example is reaction to "no limits" MM.

@SideshowGaming a lot of people are going to have to realize very quickly that change is inevitable, or we're going nowhere fast.
