Anyone know why my internet has suddenly started dying as soon as I start streaming? I have enough upload. Bloody virgin media.

@SideshowGaming When I was with Virgin, they would cap my upload if I used too much within an hour, sure it's nothing to do with that? -
@CeeJaeyTF2 I thought it could be that, but it's literally as soon as I start - how can I be going over a cap if I've only just started?
