Regional events, Challengers, are in partnership with third party TOs Masters, the international majors, and Champions are Riot-produced
But there's no outside events other than the Riot-sanctioned official circuit?

There are times during the year that you can hold events, but I know that you need to pay a pretty big fee to host one of the Challenger events, I think any events under 10k can continue year round, because above that you need the Riot Licences I think.
