First Strike has ravaged my free time. In the last 11 days, I've broadcasted an average of >9hrs per day of co-streams/VOD reviews. EU, BR and KR haven't even kicked off yet properly. It's just too much VALORANT for anyone. There's still Contenders Gauntlet on the horizon too.
It's an extremely thorough system for the players but damn if it isn't impossible to track for the average viewer (or even the most dedicated).
Sounds kind of like what happened with SC2 early on. I remember there being like, near-constant weeklies with like $500 prizes and whatnot.

Honestly I just gave up. This is exactly why I like OWL.
Thing that makes me not even try to follow along is that there is no official site that’s tracking the groups and has a schedule. Where are the VODS stored? I don’t know. Maybe I’m spoiled by OWL but it’s infinitely more easy to follow.
