Get Fleta over to the Tracer or try a wholescale comp archetype swap. Play more Zen/Mercy poke, Izayaki and Lip are good enough. Try mirroring the Hog, you already did that earlier in playoffs.

Lotta people tweeting that the Reaper is a throw. Strategically I don't think it's awful but you've gotta play perfectly (blow up their tanks before Profit can get value) & Shanghai/Fleta are definitely not doing that. Fleta individually looks uncomfortable again, like the Genji

as sacrilege as it feels, I'd really Like Shanghai to sub Fleta out for Diem. It allows them to have the flexibility to have double hitscan and doesn't keep them from running any composition they've been playing outside of the pharah comp.

Dynasty literally plays into that strategy. Even if you blow up a tank or 2, profit always has the space to trade and Tobi has res up. Shanghai has to blow all their resources to kill 1 tank that later gets ressed while profit kills the backline. Shanghai either swap or lose.
