They put all their resources into Decay rather than their hitscan so he can play way more aggressive than anybody else on the Zarya. He's nuts but you can't deny they're hard pocketing him. That's not "playing the comp well" it's just a style to pocket the tanks over all else.

id say the main argument against the washington tankline is how they are locked in to the hog zarya. They cant go to dive if needed. boston has that option
