Pop Flash is the first VALORANT tournament done properly. Studio atmosphere helps, sure, but everything from the format, to the talent, the shoulder content, the desk implementation... it's all being executed really well. You can tell it's being handled by esports veterans.

Last one has to be done right everything seems perfect so far besides not going to the casters as soon as a tech pause comes in to prevent any shady stuff from happening

I can only second this. From a team perspective nothing but praise from my side. They are transparent, have a great turnaround on communication, and asked for a ton of feedback from the teams prior to the event. Really love the whole

The only problem I have with Pop Flash is only having 8 teams but apart from that it’s by far the best tournament

I think it's a nice capstone for the Ignition Series in NA, and I'm enjoying it, but I'm not a fan of the dismissive tone (intentional or not) present here towards earlier tournaments.

I don't mean to be dismissive; rather, critical. Previous tournaments (especially in EU) have had a lot of issues with tournament format and have failed to implement proper content during breaks, both due to a lack of interest in creating shoulder content and a misuse of talent.
