  It's cool to see Decay back in OWL so fast but it's like the worst possible way to see him re-enter from a fan perspective. Hope Justice can actually deliver on a good KR team for 2021 though if they get him on board.

  I heavily agree that the signing is opposite to the rule's intentions, but also that the rule itself goes against the concept of a signing window. Like, if this had been a rule, would Dallas have let him go when they did? Hell no.
