The post says it's a deal under the new rules, right. So it's only until the end of 2020. Otherwise Decay would have been ineligible to be signed at all.

Decay did not cooperate with the Dallas Fuel management for reasons likely beyond his control, alongside not wanting to be on the team anymore. On the Justice, he has his former teammate roar, one of his friends in AimGod, and likely other friends that we might not know abt.
