I think Chengdu and Dallas should be higher, and if it's based on the entire season then Spark should be given a little more leeway for the slump they're in right now.

It's based on the entire season. I see what you mean for Spark. To me Dallas and Chengdu had way too much tough losses which makes it harder for me to put them higher. Although you could make them go up by one spot (Dallas <> Titans and Hunters <> Uprising), I agree
