I'm sorry but if they're not reported how could you possibly have a figure for them. Even so I think you're missing the point, the claims that are proven false don't mean the unproven claims are therefore true, they are as likely to be false as true, we can't prove it either way
They are nowhere near as likely to be true as false, that's only the case if 50% of accusations were false. We have figures for report percentages because people tell other organisations at a later date, not the police at the time. The difference is the estimated report %.
