Can we really say Fearless is in the list for most improved when he only previously had 10 games in OWL with a frankly awful team? He was always good before OWL (though granted not THIS good)

He's not improved, he was amazing in Element Mystic. But it's still a redemption arc after failing spectacularly with Dragons in 2018.
