Imo it's a four/five horse race between these three and Cr0ng/ANS Outside shot Sp9rk1e does something bonkers for the rest of the season and sneaks his nose in.

I think the winner has to be either Alarm, ANS, or Lip though
It's pretty awesome how many candidates we can genuinely have a discussion for rookie of the year this season between those four/five. It could've even been more if both the Paris DPS rookies had consistent play time throughout the season.
