Lip's Sombra is just not good... His EMPs are the worst in the league, yes he gets them extremely quick but he has to have the most 0 man EMPs in the league over all 3 seasons.

But he is consistent, the only game in which he's looked bad was the one against the spitfire in which every emp was botched. It was one game in which there wasn't any individual player that looked good on any team. Exception does not equal the rule.
