to be fair I think their execution is also not being good, it's not just the SF Shock being a top team.
This map is exactly my issue with Paris' off-meta strats built around Sp9rk1e's ults. It just doesn't work against top teams who can put pressure on you in the neutral. Shock are the best example, and they set a record time on Gibraltar.
