Shock are so good across multiple metas and have and immense mental fortitude which makes them scary, but Shanghai is on par in terms of individual skill and after the mayu melee I'd say their mental is strong. When these teams play it depends on the meta at the time.

NOPE. Apac is beyond overrated. The Spark suck and so do the Hunters. London is a year away. The Charge and Dynasty are slightly above average and NYXL play like bored plebs in ranked. The Dragons are somewhere between the shock and Fusion, so 2nd best.
