I think due to how fast hero pool changes and the amount of maps each team need to prepare, it is obviously in the teams’ interest to split up the work as much as possible to each player to try to avoid a burn out and keep a relatively high level of play in all hero pools.
Going into the second half of 2020, @MattMrX believes the Fusion have to focus in on a solid roster.

Just going from the eye test, Astro's Bap doesn't look much worse than Boombox's. I think it's much better to keep him in case they need to switch to Lucio
