Read it. It doesn't imo. No translator til midway through last season? No strives to improve communication at all? Low-key blaming players for wanting the bare minimum of care while going back to Korea?
-
What gets me the most is they first tried framing it as "the players asked to go home" until Haksal and Twilight both publicly state no one on the team asked for that, now all the sudden they admit it was the organization that brought up the idea to them.

Oh, and to top it all off, that's some nice timing on the "Koreans are objectively better at OW" the same day your org signs a western roster. A real pat in the back and confidence boost to those guys
-
But he said himself it's just factual which I 100% understand where ur tweet is coming from but it's still true. He doesnt seem the kinda guy to sugarcoat things I guess

I'm kind of fascinated by how they seem to think that not having any kind of translation for over 6 months was just a little whoopsie rather than a fuckup of epic proportions
-
I'm sure they know that but they're not just gonna say in an official setting "we fucked up so bad like holy shit it was BAD"

it makes them seem like the facility was much much more important than the players or anyone involved, this is not a good way to gain any sort of sympathy from anyone

Honestly it makes me think even worse of the org. They barely cop to any fault while trying to make themselves look better and pass the buck on so to speak. It really comes off as "we bought a top Korean team, somehow they weren't happy with the less than minimum support"
-
They didn't think having a translator would of been any use till friggin June, and they seem to be trying to imply the team wanted them to build a world class facility in Korea instead of just put any effort in supporting them. The management did the team dirty. no doubt about it
