While we're talking about team rankings - the biggest wildcard team by far is @Fusion.
Fusion went all in on Carpe as the future of their team. Something that was not supported by 2019 performance, but 2018.
If Carpe doesn't return to form, Fusion likely is play-ins at best.

Dallas technically has with Gamsu as well as Toronto with Beast. Lotta solo main tank risks this season.
Neither of those teams have the peak potential to be considered wildcards imo.

Within the context of wildcard top 5 teams yeah. Shanghai and Philly are essentially interchangeable in power rankings for me at the 3/4 spot because the main tank risk is such a big factor.
