I dreamt I was making a left turn when I see a man in the middle of the road with a rifle. He pulls the trigger. My eyes close knowing an ambulance won’t make it on time.

Love how most people say that they wake up the moment they die on a dream because their subconscious doesn't know how to process what would come after it, but Josh has a full blown after credits scene cus his brain insists to give him a GAME OVER screen

I’ve had death dreams as well. Not sure where OP got that claim from. It’s not that weird, is it?

Dreamt I was flying a small plane through some clouds. Suddenly a mountain face appeared right in front of me and I was all like "well, guess this is it" and everything went white. Not my most pleasant dream, especially since I'm taking flight lessons soon.

ive dreamt of dying and being killed and usually the death part is just prolonged darkness and eventually i wake up

I have almost never not died in a dream that I can remember since I was a child. It’s not a depression thing I’m not depressed I think it comes from desire for conflict and a felling of peace during chaos.

how you know you didn’t die and now this is just your source code plugged back into the simulation?
