Do I think it'll rocket them up the table overnight? No. Do I think that both of those players with a ton of experience from genuinely excellent teams will help? Yes.

sleepy to the Justice is a genuinely exciting move nobody wants to see shit teams remain shit, and nobody wants to see good players like sleepy permanently benched Ark & sleepy is a FAT backline, and this should push Justice more towards a truly "mixed roster" identity.
