I personally didn't see much difference between Fits and Fleta on Zarya or even on Genji when they played some of that. Was more of a team & strategic shortcoming, can't blame the lack of Fleta imo. Until we hear from the team there's no knowing why Fleta was not played.

At least 4-5 Fits died first, I’ve never seen Fleta with that issue unless it’s Vancouver or NYXL, which, well they do it to everyone. With no Fleta they gave all resources to fisssure instead of their Zarya. Just didn’t look like Seoul at all.

Fleta isn't a star on Zarya honestly, I think people are just less critical due to name value. Bubbles & passive positioning have been suspicious, but you're right—he doesn't get caught out much. Not the best to enable Fissure though, which might have been the reason he's out rn.
