Your ratings will be redundant. Sourdough will always win.
Sourdough is decent and it's about the only thing I've found that LA does well so far, but it's not elite tier bread.

The NYXL is sourdough, it's standard, no mistakes, and works as a measuring stick for other breads. I am yet to find the fated TITAN bread with it's delicious Bumper crust.
