Some thoughts on their opposing tanks: Gesture's Rein being weak is a bit of a meme but he certainly doesn't look comfortable playing any other than hyper aggro in goats (going for crazy pins etc) and frankly looked surprisingly lost on Winston in floats. Mano wasn't getting the resources that Fusions was & kept having to back up and give free swings. He's playing with a Sombra so he has to wait for MekO to create an opening. Libero also looks shaky with his E heal timings, prioritising them to peel for squishies. Weird style.
Roar looked alright honestly, some strong moments on Winston and played decently on Reinhardt but man oh man did he get outplayed by Fissure. I think that shows the difference between solid and great on Rein individually.
Imo Gesture and London in general looked like they were not comfortable playing close to eachother. As long as they could spread out in non-goats comps, they looked much comfortable. It wasn't just Gesture looking off. It was all of them looking uncomfortable.
I think Boombox deserves some praise for probably outperforming Bdosin when on paper that is the biggest discrepancy in talent between the two teams.
Yeah Boombox had a good game too, Bdosin was no slouch but Boom found some good picks and Trans timings were on point, solid positioning on Rialtio A to keep out the way of the GOATs. Loved it.
