I've started doing this in a less strict manner, helps make sure I don't miss out things I deem important. Always pooh-poohed lists in the past as I dislike having my day dictated by yesterday's Josh but it's certainly handy for productivity.

Exactly, yeah. I usually start the day with just a skeleton of things I *have* to get done, but for curiosity's sake I fill it in with all the other stuff I end up doing too. It's a nice memory aid, esp. considering how much my ADD ass loves to forget important things
