Looks good. But you can definitely find a cheaper windows 10 key online. And if you were thinking about overclocking your CPU much you could always have it delidded and hit that nice 5ghz on all cores

If you're still in the US I'd suggest https://siliconlottery.com/products/delid as you're protected but do some research and see how you feel about it. It removes your manufacturer warranty but I've had it done twice and it yielded great results (i9 7900x and i7 8700k).
