Love your WR's. Having Gurley will make you a threat to win the league on him alone. Do you know if it's a PPR league? Only change I'd recommend is with the Rams defense you most likely won't need another, so I'd pick up another bench player

Also noticed you have 3 backup TE's so that's gotta change lol. I'd hang onto Reed but the others gotta go

So your starters and part of your bench is fine. Having 3 TE on your roster is a horrible idea. Also, wasting a bench spot on a second defense is also really bad. You only have one kicker (who you hopefully drafted with your last pick) which is good. Overall, not bad

Also it’s what you do during the season that really determines how good you will do. Picking up and dropping the right guys, paying attention to key players who get hurt and who will get an opportunity because of the injury, know how the waiver wire works are what you gotta learn

You have the best RB (Gurley), best kicker (zuerlein) and second best defense (LA). Decent quarterbacks, good receivers, alright RB depth.

I would trade a TE (Jones probably) and the Saints for another good running back or higher level TE (like Ertz)

You've got some really good pieces there :) the hardest thing that you're gonna have to do to stay in this is pay attention to injuries.
