Work to get your heart-mind and belly-mind communicating with head-mind again. These channels often get blocked or shutdown and that leads to a condition that interferes with the shifts in perception needed to accept the black pill experience instead of rejecting it.

My theory on some of the edgier and nastier sub-cultures in our society not is that they are efficient at black pilling their members but utterly fail to get their members doing effective personal development work on their emotions. They mostly just cultivate resentment.

I'm not going to suggest a specific method for doing emotional or intellectual development. I'll just say that it needs to be something you relate to aesthetically so you can stick with it. If you have to force it, it won't take, and you won't stick with it long enough to benefit

For myself personally I used a "kitchen sink" approach and did a whole battery of things to work on this stuff. Also, work-in-progress, and it never ends really. Just saying the point is to find a path and then do the work. That requires effort. No free lunch here.

After emotional and intellectual development comes Sense-Making and Contextual Meaning-Making and ultimately embodiment and enactment.

Sense-Making is finding a framework for understanding the events of your life such that relationships between events has coherency. Contextual Meaning-Making is the building of new narratives in new contexts such that the narrative can be read meaningfully within context.

Embodiment and Enactment is exactly what it sounds like: putting into practice the narrative you came up with so that you're really in there doing it with your body, and acting out your meaningfulness with your own life.

No amount of thinking and theorizing solves it. Has to be embodied and enacted or it just won't matter at all. This is ridiculously important. So much of what our society gets wrong now is from shunting meaning-making into the production of abstract theories rather than acts.

So what is the white pill, then? It's living your best life. It's refactoring your perception so you see the world and yourself for what they really are. It's developing your mind(s) enough that you can make sense of what is happening around you and act in alignment with view.

this isn't something that necessarily leads to your happiness (though it's more likely to do that than anything else I know about). this is something that leads to your coherence, integrity, and connectedness emerging from a state of dissolution, alienation, and isolation.

So it can be said that a black pill swallowed transcends to white pill. Or truth is hard to swallow, but it's the only cure.
