Humans are a multi-planetary species, spread across numerous solar systems. We had developed AGI. It figured out how to spread across the galaxy.
The AGI takes its inputs, energy from the stars and raw materials from planets and asteroids, and turns it into everything we need
Food, water, shelter, space travel, literally everything is taken care of. There are enough resources for the billions of us across the galaxy.
And since everyone has everything, there's no fighting, no thieving, no conflict. Want something, you got it! Everybody's got it!
Instead we all live in harmony, free to pursue our creative interests, socialize, and pontificate on the origins of the universe.
Because as powerful as the AGI is, it hasn't figured that out. That's not it's purpose.
That's our purpose.
