Fighting to Make India's Cinemas Disability-Friendly Access is still a major hurdle; the deadline for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act is this July, but progress has been glacial. I spoke to activists and disabled moviegoers about what's next:

Watch and collaborate on a brilliant two-parter about the best action series going: 1- 2- (The order doesn’t really matter)

Never - NEVER - have I had so many opinions change on films due to such sharp critical analysis. If you’re a Marvel fan, it’s well worth your time to read Siddhant’s reviews. They’re in depth, smart, and present a perspective on these that I truly haven’t read before. Bravo!

If you don't have time to watch all 21 movies, I recommend reading this. An expertly researched and insightful retrospective that examines the biggest pop culture event of our time. For better and worse, growing up alongside the MCU has been the experience of a lifetime.

«You want to protect the world, but you don't want it to change». La idea del rompimiento del Statu quo mezclada con un contexto mayor de «evolución». En efecto, es esencial para el «final del juego» y ver si se rompió.

No longer engaging with people who haven’t read what they’re replying to. Not even to say “it’s in the piece.” Incredibly liberating.

This week and I are talking (and who isn't) on , and we got to talk to for it! His writing on the MCU in the series 'Road to Endgame' is a treat for fans. Episode comes out this Sunday!

Infinity War (2018), Thor arriving in Wakanda (the only beat with an impact approaching the best bits of the prior Avengers films) and also, obviously, the growing horror as the ending went on and on and on. Pretty sure I was grinning with delight at the audacity

Civil War (2016), Black Panther’s arrival getting applauded and cheered in India Thor: Ragnarok (2017), Thor re-creating Black Widow’s Hulk lullaby, probably the hardest I’ve laughed at any dumb intertextual callback.

Age of Ultron (2015), losing my damn mind with for the 0.8 seconds that Black Widow fights with Cap’s shield, also that glorious vertical tableau of all the Avengers fighting at different heights. Watching this new one with probably the same crowd hell yeah

The Avengers (2012), I dunno man, take your pick. Thor: The Dark World (2013) mid credit scene, both Benicio’s weirdo Collector showing up, and the first ever mention of “infinity stones” - wild applause. More innocent times.

Thor (2011), the whole midnight audience responding to Odin’s “You are a vain, greedy boy” with “AND YOU ARE AN OLD MAN AND A FOOL!”

Iron Man 2 (2010), back when Easter eggs felt like a big deal and not a tedious slog, the whole audience breaking into applause when Coulson pulled out Cap’s shield, then confused laughter when Tony used it to prop up his machine

Iron Man (2008), my brother and I slowly realizing this thing was actually good, as we pondered the implications of that final line, with Tony Stark blatantly revealing his secret identity (a thing that was once set in stone for superheroes)

Ahead of “Avengers: Endgame” tomorrow, and now that my MCU articles are all published: a totally un-critical thread of my most fun Marvel movie-going experiences:
