The Sia team is investigating issues with wallet performance, deposits, and withdrawals with @BittrexExchange. Resolution may require a code fix, we’ll update with more info as soon as we can.

I sent some sc from poloniex to bittrex but in poloniex gave the message "complete: error" is it because of this problem? I already contacted poloniex but they do not respond ...

Solving issues is maybe the best Way and maybe you Take your Time to also be beneficial instead Stepping on sia's back to get rich... this is One Off the less available coins that does not need theoretical altcoin Hype due to underlying tech, demand and Adoption.

agreed, Binanace had an issue with ADA wallet for a couple of days and its all good now. Why is it taking Bittrex so long!!!
